工作上的挫折

不是實驗失敗，也不是沒有錢
而是人和！！！

你們沒有底子如何進行實驗？
我也不想讓你們誤入歧途～
所以我會採取最嚴厲的方法來教你們
不是不給你們機會學新東西
也不是不給你們機會問問題得到答案

我是不希望你們養成依賴的壞習慣
天然物的研究沒有一定方法和步驟
最重要就是基本觀念
地基不紮實　如何建高樓？
遇到問題　最先要考慮的應該是當下你進行的是什麼實驗？
飾演的問題一定會在實驗中發現的！
你沒有想過就直接問人，沒有錯可以很快的到答案
可是你也很快忘記答案～～～
死讀書　讀死書　讀書死
所以你學到的得到的知識必須先自行消化啊～～～

唉
費心血教你們　指導你們
結果我得到什麼？
不求你們讚美我　但是最少也請別踐踏我
自私來說，　我並沒有義務教導你們的
我給出去的我不奢望可以收回什麼？
只求你們在往後的日子如果都還在這個公司的話不會因為技巧不足或者是經驗不足而成為別人攻擊的目標！
這就是為什麼我對你們嚴厲的原因！

難道你們以為我這些知識和技巧都是看書看來的？
別鬧了！
如果不是以前我的學長如此嚴厲指導我，我也不可能擁有這麼多的知識和觀念技巧！

just hope u appreciate in ur heart only, no need attack ppl or mocking ppl, ok?
if in a selfish way, it's not my resposibility to teach u, k?
u ppl have to understand something,
i teach u not becoz i'm section head!
i'm teach u just becoz i want grow u up, let u improve urself too...

Yeah! sometimes i'm seem too straight for all the things,
but it's really for ur own good!
waz if one day i'm resign, can u handle all the things?
can u directly or confidencely face to the senior?

even myself also wont watch how ur feel today to treat u~~
i just hope all of u can be strong and idependent do all the project in this company!
